Ahlul Bayt News Agency - The army and poplar committees launched on Monday tens of rockets against Saudi locations causing big damages.
A local source in Sa’ada governorate said that the missile support forces attacked the Saudi Al-Mabkhara location in Jizan with more than 28 rockets early Monday.
The source pointed out that the Saudi military location in Thahran Asir was a target for a series of Grad rockets.
The Yemeni forces also took control of a military base in the border city of Dhahran al-Janub, located in southwestern Saudi Arabia. The Yemeni army backed by popular forces has mounted attacks against Saudi border positions in the past few weeks.
Meanwhile, Saudi warplanes killed at least one child and injured another minor following airstrikes on the northwestern Yemeni province of Sa'ada. The attacks followed air raids on the northwestern province of Hajjah and the northern province of Jawf.
Earlier, Saudi airstrikes pounded a school and a residential area in the districts of Qafr and Saddah in the southwestern Province of Ibb. The airstrikes in Ibb killed at least four civilians, three of whom were children.
Saudi Arabia launched its military aggression against Yemen on March 26 – without a UN mandate – in an effort to undermine Yemen’s popular Houthi Ansarullah movement and also restore power to the country’s fugitive former President Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi, a staunch ally of Riyadh.
Rupert Colville, the spokesman for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, stated on July 21 that at least 1,693 civilians had been killed and 3,829 others injured in the Arab world’s poorest country since March 26. However, local sources put the death toll at much higher.
